HOW TO SIGN IN
- Sign in with your HRMIS Employee ID and password.
- A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered mobile for MFA after the credential check.
- Self-registration is not available — accounts are provisioned by the System Administrator.

ABOUT THE DIRECTORATE
The Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training (DECT), Government of Meghalaya, operates under the Department of Labour, Employment, Skill Development. The Directorate administers 13 Government ITIs and a network of District Employment Exchanges across the State, delivering craftsman training, employment services and NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) -aligned skill certification.

HOW TO SIGN IN
- Login with your HRMIS Employee ID and password.
- Contact your ITI Admin if you have not received your login credentials.
- For password reset, contact the System Administrator.

For trainees enrolled in ITI courses under DECT, Meghalaya.
Track your daily attendance, view academic progress, check examination schedules, download certificates and apply for leave — all in one place.

View your daily and monthly attendance records. Monitor your attendance percentage to ensure eligibility for examinations.
